Welcome to TimeTag (accessible via timetag.cc).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimeTag mobile application and our related services.
By using TimeTag, you agree to these Terms.
TimeTag provides a workflow optimization tool for videographers, allowing users to log markers and metadata during video shoots to streamline the post-production process.
All financial transactions for TimeTag Pro (including subscriptions and one-time purchases) are processed by Creem.io, our authorized Merchant of Record (MOR).
Contract of Sale: When you purchase a Pro license, your legal contract for the purchase is with Creem.io. They are responsible for billing, tax collection (VAT/Sales Tax), and payment-related support.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing tiers at any time.
Any changes will not affect existing one-time purchases but may affect future subscription renewals.
Upon a successful purchase of a "Pro" license via Creem.io, you will receive a unique license key.
Activation Limit: Each individual license key is valid for a maximum of three (3) activations (e.g., three separate devices).
Usage: License keys are intended for your personal or internal business use only.
Sharing a key publicly or beyond the intended limit is strictly prohibited.
Disabling Keys: We reserve the right to remotely disable any license key if we detect misuse, unauthorized distribution, or a violation of these Terms.
No refunds will be provided for keys disabled due to a breach of these Terms.
Your privacy is a priority.
Data Ownership: You own the markers and data you generate within TimeTag.
Third-Party Sales: We do not sell your personal data or your project data to third parties.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized technical data to improve the app’s performance. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
